What does Hypnotherapy feel like?


Quite simply-Deep Relaxation. Hypnosis feels like a guided meditation.We all access trance states automatically throughout our lives.  Watching TV, driving on auto-pilot and not remembering the journey and daydreaming are all examples of trance states. Contrary to popular belief, you will remain awake throughout hypnosis yet feel deeply relaxed. Women who learn and practice self hypnosis for childbirth are able to remain awake and aware throughout labour and communicate with their birth team as needed, whilst achieving a deep level of relaxation that reduces pain and fear and helps maintain a sense of calm.

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Most people are capable of entering a trance-like state as we enter these states many times throughout the day.

 In these powerful sessions we will discuss your dreams for personal change and tailor make a session to suit your needs.  Your subconscious will only accept suggestions that you truly desire and are ready to embrace. Hypnosis is a trance state,  where your critical mind switches off and your imagination is able to make changes to your pre programmed patterns of behaviour.

All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis and most people can easily achieve deep levels of trance to effect positive change.
